I know it's sorta shaped like a accoustic but something like a rick turner or gibson chet atkins body shape with pickup options would be really cool. Hollow with a battery compartment....

There's something seriously lacking about that guitar in high fret access, the position of the strap button vis-a-vis* balance, how it would fit on your leg playing sitting down... at least for my purposes. I'm sure it would work out for other things, "Rhiannon" covers maybe.

I'm kinda invisioning something with more conventional pickups though.  A solid body (or hollow) that looks like an accoustic, that you could do both with.

Your right though, I'll probably have to use a body blank to get it.
