720 mod with gotoh 510 trem on soloist

I asked Customer Service (Spike) if this would work without recessing for the Gotoh 510 trem plate and he said no problem, but I’m nervous. Should I be?

Based upon the post below I don't believe the 720 mod and Gotoh bridge are compatible.

Shoot based on the Aaron's post, I'd have to reconsider and err on the side of caution.

Thanks for all the replies. I decided to remove the 720 mod for two reasons: it looks dicey with the Gotoh 510 bridge, and in researching the mod some more on the Warmoth website, I discovered that they don’t recommend it with a bound neck, which I have ordered.
