I do not like the aesthetics of the Z, but what I intuit and hear of its functiionality is growing on me. I'm especially eager to hear about that 7.25" fatback.

Nice fotochop... :icon_biggrin:Patriot54 said:The Z-Caster getting shipped off to Tonarville... :headbang1:
Tonar will be posting pics of his progress here. This might be the first vintage Z-Caster in existence..... or is it? :glasses10:
Right...you just keep telling yourself that.... :icon_thumright:Patriot54 said:What Fotochop? That's an authentic photo from the 1950s, after a young Leo Fender gave Buddy Holly a newly designed guitar he was working on. Buddy brought the only known prototype on a fateful plane flight, and the rest is music folklore. I based the Warmoth Z-Caster on this rare photograph I unearthed from the um.... Library of Congress. That's the story I'm sticking to.

I'll keep telling that story until even I believe it. And she's getting an old school tweed case... maybe I'll relic it to back up my story (the case, not the guitar). :laughing7:
You want to start drawing this up? I have it in bitmap format too. Also, can you do it on nickel instead of chrome?
