49er Stadium

My youngest son is an Iron Worker and has been working on erecting the steel at the new 49er's Stadium. On this past Thursday the 6th they had the topping out ceremonial  placing of the final two beams at the tallest point of the stadium. All the 49er team members and all the iron workers that worked on the steel signed those two beams before they were bolted into the final place so his signature will be there permanently with everyone else. The media was all over it and it was quite an event.  ccasion14:

Being a 5th generation SF Native it's wierd to have them leave the Stick , but I'm sure the new stadium will be a lot better for wind and weather

Yes; I totally get that! I saw Willey Mays play there. Joe, Steve, Jerry, etc. But you have to admit the new Giants home is a great ballpark, maybe they will come through on this one in grand fashion.

It looks nice , Should be a lot better on the weather side .  As long as they don't call themselves the Santa Clara 49ers I'm good
