24 3/4" conversion neck w/floyd rose?

I'm really starting to love my shorter scale guitars and now I'm thinking I might like a 24 2/3" conversion neck on my 80's guitar build.  I already have the floyd rose routing on my strat body, can Warmoth make a 24 3/4" conversion that will work with a floyd rose?  I'm thinking rosewood board, explorer headstock would be pretty cool.
