Tough choice, but I have to vote for Scartozi because it's a bit more unique. Everything else is just a twist on the traditional
My #2 is Patrick's Tele... is that a quilted bubinga top? It would have gotten my #1 vote, but it looks too much like a Fender Showmaster (especially because of the Strat headstock)... also, the Showmaster is neckthru, so it'd probably be a better guitar if it weren't for the mediocre quality of the Korean Fenders.
The flame/quilt maple-topped Strats & Teles are also cool, but I can't vote for them because it's nothing I haven't seen before.
I think Scartozi produced a great unifying theme rather than just building something that looks nice. It almost looks like a relic'd Strat, but it has so much more grit... the pickguard is a perfect complement, the fretboard color matches very well with the theme (and a bit darker, as a fretboard should be), the color scheme is simple and complex at the same time, and the 3+3 headstock wraps up a generally gritty feeling. I'd probably never build anything like that myself, but I can appreciate its artistic value.
