2 Humbuckers + 5-way switch + split. is this possible?

I want to put a 5-way swith in my candy tangerine strat.
I want to be able to split the humbuckers in the 2nd and 4th possition on the 5-way, and full humucker on 1st and 5th possition, with both hubuckers on the 3d possition. Is this possible, and how should I wire it?

Yes you can make a fake "strat 2 & 4" position using that method. You should expect it to be a lot quieter and maybe "weaker" sounding than the rest of the positions, if volume dropoff when switching bugs you, you might not like this option. You can also split them into series to keep the volume consistent but you won't get the same stratty type tones.
