So i have schaller 11/32 holes drilled in my headstock by warmth but the schaller locking tuners i use require a 10mm hole. The holes drilled by warmth are fine at the back but on the front of the headstock the hole is smaller. So i need to make it 10mm throughout for the tuners to fit ? whats the best way to do this ? just use a 10mm drill reamer and screw it through by hand ?? :/

Don't do anything. They're supposed to be like that. It's a deliberately snug fit. The threaded ferrule will pull the body of the tuner up flush to the headstock.

Really ? How much force is required to get them flush to the headstock ? I mean I'm pressing pretty hard not full strength because I'm afraid i might crack the headstock. Should they require tis amount of force to fit them in ?

Yeah, it takes a surprising amount of force. It's pretty much an interference fit. The hardwoods necks are made of aren't very compressible. That's why people break screws off in the stuff all the time. I've never been able to push Schallers all the way in by hand - always have to draw them up. Haven't split a headstock yet.

What do you mean by draw them up ? :/

The threaded ferrule that you screw down from the face of the headstock into the tuner body will pull the tuner up tight to the rear of the headstock. Sometimes that's referred to as "drawing up" the part.

The hex face on those ferrules is pretty shallow, so be careful to keep your socket or nut driver square to the thing, or you'll chew it up. It's especially obvious on black finished parts.

While you're at it, if you mount the tuners before you drill the anti-rotation screw holes, you can get the tuners all aligned nicely and use them as templates to mark the locations of those holes. Just chuck a 1/16" bit into your drill motor, and give the headstock a little kiss through each flange hole. Pop the tuners off, use a piece fo tape to mark the hole depth on the drill bit, and finish all the holes off. Reinstall the tuners, and run the screws in. DON'T FORGET TO WAX YOUR SCREWS!

I've already drilled the single pin mount hole out they all line up straight or as straight as i can get them without special tools. It was just a case of getting these tuners through the hole.

10mm is too big, don't do it.

The size is not super critical. Yes a firm fit is good, but unless the hole is stupid loose, like a 10mm hole would be, in the end they will be fine when they are all tightened up since the tuners clamp from both sides and the base of the tuner is flat and larger than the hole.

Ive used drill bits and sandpaper around something round to size my holes. While a reamer is the best way  to do it, other methods will work. No one is going to see it if its not dead round, which is what a reamer gives you.
