Warmoth says the floyd nut is ideally for a 10" radius neck but says, "We have found that they will work fine on any neck radius between 9" and 12".  Does anyone have experience using the 10" floyd nut on 12" (or compound 12" to 16") radius neck?  I'm wondering if the action will need to be higher or do I just need to use shims to make it work?

I don't have any direct experience doing that, but there isn't a great deal of difference there. If my radius gauges and radiused sanding blocks weren't marked, it'd be impossible for me to see a difference. Plus, unlike the LSR nuts that are held on with miniscule screws, those Floyd nuts are bolted down pretty seriously and the 10" nut would have a tighter curve, so the bolts are likely pull the thing down to the 12" shelf without effort.

I wouldn't worry about it.
