just twist the knob a lil bit tighter than you would on the rest of the strings to hold it more securely. My guess is that it slipped when he (the guitar tech) put the strings on there's no string tee's...well maybe... so I might put the string tree soon.

So far the tuners holding up really well. I'ts too early to tell if they're good or bad. It's still on the "break in" period  :toothy11: although I would like to put a string tree on the E and B strings to relieve the tension of the tuners, but the guy who set up the tuners said it might change...

K i picked up my guitar on my way to work...........no pics yet. and oh, I change the tuners to Gearless/Steinberger. My guitar tech played with it for a few and it just sounds soooo sweet I cant wait to get hopme tonight and try it. Hopefully I wont wake my neighbors  LOL  :hello2: :party07...

no I dont think so, the previous owner never did anything to it. no nut installed too.

I doubt if  there's a warranty on  this Neck, Darkish brown would be good. I'll try to sand it. Where do I get the dye or stain? is there a good brand I need to get to. should I sand the fingerboard too? and put tape to cover the frets when applying the dye? man too many ???

I just got a good deal out of Craigslist on this nice Warmoth Strat Neck. I am wondering if it is recommended for One Piece Maple to be lacquered or sealed? I'd Like to somehow darken the wood (if possible). I am thinking of using Minwax, if I cannot darken the wood. Should I sand it before I...

Les Trem on that reverend seemed like it'll get in the way when you use your Vol, Tone and Bass boost knobs. on the other hand the Stetsbar seemed like a better choice, but the $$$ is holding me out to get one for now. Thanks guys!

A far as Barknuckles winding their pick ups by hand I'm not sure, but I did went to Torres Engineering where I saw where their set up, they wind their pick ups by hand.
