Next project... a Telecaster with a whole set of Lollar Charlie Christian... neck, middle and B.S. at the bridge. Got the Lollars already... and a Tele neck... will eventually get a swamp ash body. a light one, satin butterscotch... just as classic as it gets. But it'll be a slow thing now...

FINALLY! This build is done! A spectacular 4.06 pounds Telecaster body, chambered black korina, roasted maple neck w/indian rosewood fingerboard - Gibson scale - 5150 frets - 12" radius, Gotoh black hardware, Fender locking tuners, True Vintage Wicked "T" pickups. Looks great, feels great...

If you check the Tyler website, you'll find a detailed drawing of the wiring. Quite complex. The one in the avatar is a Jazzmaster.... you have a large picture of the Huff-project one at the top of this thread.

I got that bridge from Thomann as I am in EU. It came with the base plate. I mounted it on a Warmoth hybrid Telecaster with a Warmoth Strat neck. Had no need to to use the base plate though. You're going to love the 475. It's amazing in its way of setting strings spacing, easy mounting and...

Thank you! Well.. I would like a set of pickups that can be twangy enough AND jazzy too. I know.... these are the opposite of the whole range. But these pickups seem to have it and enough push too. What's not to like?

Yep! That would be right about time to bring back! I have never had a korina guitar. Hopefully the sound will amaze me...
