    Polyester cures in 12 hours...

yeah, Warmoth finishes can't be beaten for value and quality imo. The last few guitars I've put together I've wanted shapes and colors that just weren't available through Warmoth, and so I've had some painted by Pat Wilkins, Marty Bell, etc, and Warmoth's quality is better and the price is...

    Neck Nut Install Options...

I’ve got a neck with locking tuners, a graphtech nut, and the Vega trem as well. It is extremely stable. I love it! I’m sure you will too.

Besides Warmoth orders....what else you waiting on?

I have a maple body being finished by Marty Bell in House of Kolor Ultra Orange Pearl that I’m super excited to get in hopefully this week. A Musikraft 1pc 4a Birdseye maple Charvel style neck (I love my Warmoth necks, just ordered a duplicate of my favorite neck for this project in a little...

How to set up a non-recessed Floyd Rose or GE1996 for dive only?

I like to use the trem for subtle vibrato sometimes, and if I can set up the trem to do that and be stable for double stops and going back and forth with drop d with a d-tuna then why not, I guess. Just a preference thing.

How to set up a non-recessed Floyd Rose or GE1996 for dive only?

I have 2 soloists with top mount Floyd trems. My favorite method is the Goldo / Rockinger black box. You adjust this to basically counter act the tremolo springs. I run this with a D-tuna and can still use the Floyd for vibrato and use the D-tuna without things going out of tune. I have...

Dose anyone, not like stainless steel frets ? Why would you buy non-stainless?

I love stainless. Aperio is also about 15 minutes away from me and Greg refretted my Les Paul with stainless and it’s hands down the best fret work I’ve ever seen. He’s also a wonderful person and absolutely a blast to talk to. I can’t recommend his work enough.

Do flake finishes wear as well as solid finishes? Who has a worn flake finish?

I have a holoflake and goblin flake soloist and no issues with either. They’re awesome finishes.

    Ordering Jack Plates

Per W’s description on their black square Jack plate “ Includes 4 color-matched mounting screws.” W’s hardware is really nice, it’s at least as good as Stewmac or Philadelphia Luthier Supply’s.

Floyd Rose Locking Nut Overhang on Modern Neck

Hi All, I've had this neck a few weeks waiting on it's body, and I just noticed the nut slot seemed kind of narrow for the FR nut. I held it up to compare to my other Modern neck with an FR nut cut and sure enough, it's way less "tall". So I take the lock nut off my existing modern neck and...

    MOAR POWER

Same as above, I really like the drill press. I’ve used it for pedal enclosures, drilling a plexi chassis, and guitars for a year or two now. No issues whatsoever.

Any photos of flamed roasted neck with ebony(black) fretboards??

excuse the weird lighting lol, i was trying to figure out how to use a strobe at the time. I really like ebony as a FB in general. Paired with SS frets it's a really slick feel.

    I Paid the Ransom!

Flickr is free up to 1tb I think. It’ll never put the big ol photobucket watermark over the top of the pics either.

How can the 4 letter guitar company justify their prices?

Suhr makes their own bodies, necks, pickups, amps, pedals, etc. you can watch a factory tour video to see. PLEK machines are also almost 100k. There’s a lot of things that factor into a guitar’s price.
