    Fender Mocha Brown 544?

Cool, thanks to everyone for sending me down the right path! I'm gonna try and mix stain/metalflakes into miniwax wipe-on poly and apply very thin coats until I build up the color I am looking for. I know lacquer would be better for this but honestly I am not patient enough to wait for it to...

A refinished body and headstock is all the experience I have and I used  poly sprayed from a can. I don't have any equipment. Is it possible to mix stain with Miniwax wipe-on poly and then apply it to the body since I don't have a spray gun? Thanks

    Peavey Grind finish Question

I know this is a warmoth site(forgive me!) but my question is about the Peavey Grind that I just purchased that seems to have little to no finish at all. Could anyone suggest something easy to use that would give it a little sheen? i was looking at miniwax wipe on Poly or would an oil be better...

    Very new Newbie finish Question?

Its not only the money, I just want to have a bass that I sort of created myself. You did say that I can sand it down if I mess up right? i just needed to know if its was stain or paint. I would use only to colors anyway, walnut and amber! Its seems that this can be achieve with aerosol cans.
