    Virtual Guitar Builder?

Halo had most of the Gibson shapes at one time but deleted them a few years back.  Except for the RD, which is still there.

    Dyeing flame maple not working

Don't put dye on raw wood!  Seal it first!

    Do I need string trees?

I am told by Chris at 812 Guitars (find him on Insta and FB) that it is a direct drop-in replacement.

    Do I need string trees?

Check out Kahler's Floyd replacement nut with the string guide built in.  I really hate retainer bars, and and the Kahler is an awesome solution. https://www.kahlerusa.com/locking-nuts-and-string-locks-6-string

2 Tek Bridge! Where to ground?

Run a wire from the control cavity through the back and secure it to one of the four screws on the back.

Give it a shot.  If we don't hear back from you, then we'll know.  :icon_biggrin:

A different kind of switch, BUT...if it works....???

Walmart sells one with a black rubber "boot" that screws on top.  Four bucks.

    Schaller Hannes Install

Been a while since I looked at that bridge.  I seem to recall Schaller had a PDF of the installation process, with scale drawings of the routing/drilling templates you would need.

I need a singal coil that sounds like an acoustic

Bartolini 3AV. https://bartolini.net/product/3av/ You can dismount it from the soundhole bracket, cut off the plug and wire it up with any other pickups.  It's the exact same size as a Strat pickup and will fit in a Strat pickguard.  The only caveat is that it is designed to work with acoustic...

TOM bridges w/ adjustable string height?

At a 2.125" string spread at the bridge, the height difference between a 12" and a 16" radius (measured on the outside strings) is only 0.012".  You should be able to do that with a diamond file if you detect any problems.

    Fitment issues

Nonetheless, it's fixable.  In the amount of time it took to take pictures and post a thread, it could have been fixed.

New Warmoth Video: 10 Strap Buttons Compared!

The attached pic is what I've done for years.  I recently learned that Billy Sheehan does something similar, but more heavy duty.  I'm thinking about going to his method.

Who makes made to order custom guitar hardware?

Guitar Fetish has some thin metal rings.  Probably chrome, rather than nickel.  https://www.guitarfetish.com/Chromed-Metal-GFTron-fit-Pickup-Trim-Rings-matching-pair-with-screws_p_33499.html

A 1.75" thick Mustang body with routing for decent trems

If you do not follow Texas Toast guitars on YouTube, you probably should.  What you want sounds well within the range of what they do.
