Wiring help

But it's in-out-in and ground on bottom on the SD diagram! DAMNIT which one do I use?

I'm currently wired to the diagram I provided. Should I just stick with it?
 
A pic of what? The switch? All my wiring is the same color. The way it's wired now, it works fine, save for the volume pot problem.
 
Your volume pot has no path to ground atm, try grounding that other lead.  When you had it on the original lead it had no output.
 
Well history here on this same subject has always prooven that the tech. YOU didn't understand how to read schematics, or has made a simple error, or in one case, fried a component. I have to believe the same applies here.  You need to re examine what you soldered and whrere

this is the switch in my Warmoth. take a look at the switch and see what parts touch what when you move the toggle. the two pickup contacts will touch together with the middle when the toggle is in the middle position. the contact that doesnt touch either of these but makes contact with the other metal parts of the switch will be ground.
