Wilkinson VS100 vs VS300

[TBurst Std]

Anyone have any direct experience with BOTH of these bridges? Have read that there are tonal differences. Would like to verify, or debunk.

I haven't used the VG300 (couldn't find a VS300 in a quick google search), but it looks like an attempt by Wilky to accommodate the folks who think there's some magic in the Fender stamped steel saddles.  If you lean that way, you may find some mojo in the 300 that the 100 doesn't provide.


Looks like a handsome part, anyway.

I think that's the only difference, and I doubt there's any significant sonic change. You don't see the VG300 very often, for whatever that's worth.
