Wilkinson/Gotoh VSVG

I have had my Warmoth Strat with the VSVG for over 3 years now. Still no problems with it! The proper way to set up a 6 screw trem is to tighten the two outer screws until they just start to touch the base plate. Then tighten the other 4 screws until they are about 1/8 of an inch from the base plate. This will give the same concept as a 2 point trem. The two outer screws will be the main fulcrum point just like a 2 point trem.

Cagey... also think that all those who say the opposite of what we think are wrong... I don't like it  :dontknow:
Users feedback are important
Necessary but not sufficient, of course
In the final, who decides it's me. Neither you or others. But it's just me.
And I will be responsible for my success or failure, of course  :glasses9:

In any case, out of controversy, I'm waiting for who technically and unquestionably, if you can, expalin me because the VSVG work so well compared to a 6-holes tremolo.

Here's the differrence. This is from the Stewart-Macdonald site.

Designed for enhanced sustain and better reliability. The baseplate holes are elongated so the screws won't bind, for smooth, accurate return to pitch. For tuning stability, the string mounting holes are staggered in the steel block for more consistent string angle over the adjustable locking bent-steel saddles.
