Wierd 3-Way Switch, HELP

I started to wire my 2 humbucker strat this weekend and I noticed that the 3-way that I bought was a little...different.  I cannot figure out how to wire this switch.  On top of that, I have two Concentric Pots so it is a little different to begin with.  Can anyone help me out on this one?  The one on the right is lever switch that I have.

I just called the music store where I bought it and they only sell Fender and WD Music Products parts.  Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything on WD's site as far as a wiring diagram.

Can you take a pic from the other side?  I can't see the terminals or traces from that angle.  I'm thinking its a megaswitch.
