who says it's too cold to barbeque?

Once in a while I see something about Canada that looks interesting, and then I realize: It's ALL north of Minot, ND. (Except for Windsor). I think the blood concentrations of antifreeze required not to freeze up there has impaired their judgement.

Well, Lisa and I did drink a bottle of wine last night...

BTW the chicken was fantastic  :headbang:

There's a lot to be said for having a deck/patio with a doorwall leading out to it. I've been winter barbecuing for years. Also been throwing cats out into 2' snowdrifts to teach 'em a lesson.

I'm originally from, and currently live in, Southern California.  But I went to med school in Cleveland.  I did the winter BBQ thing a couple of times.  Sometimes, you just have to have that grilled taste.

Hat's off!  Glad the chicken was tasty.  :icon_thumright:

I happily grill all winter here in Pittsburgh because its easy to maintain a hot fire.  BBQ is tough though, because  when cooking food low and slow it is very difficult to maintain the low heat.  Not impossible, but difficult.

Originally from the IE, and after living a few other places, back in Redlands.

I'm guessing you are somewhere in Orange County.

And Mayfly...that's awesome, but we in So Cal shiver uncontrollably when it gets to 55 F!  ;)

At it again tonight.  This time sausages!
