I saw the Stones in '72, Zepp in '75, the Grateful Dead in 1976, 1978, 1981. I saw the Dixie Dregs a lot of times in N. Florida, when they were young and hungry... I'm not the only one who thought McLaughlin was downright scary early on, Mahavishnu were like trying to kill their audience. Some people can weather age by changing members or styles, but Mick Jagger just looks silly nowadays. Is Keith Richards even plugged in? (they have three more guitarists backstage, you know) :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young are an eleven-piece band?

When it comes to rock 'n' roll, wisdom is no substitute for testosterone, alas.
