I'd start there. Maybe post some pictures? Might be able to use the old posts since they are the same spacing, but the block hole on the fender looks narrower. Might need to ream it out.
I know you can use the gotoh 510 trem with the 2 1/16 spacing in the same rout for the Gotoh 510 trem with the 2 1/8 spacing.
Can you buy it from guitar center, bring it home, try it and see if it fits and then return it if it doesn't?

Try looking at the above at the measurements. I'm building my first trem guitar now, so I'm just offering up what I have.
All I can tell you is that when I look at the block hole for the fender trem it looks different from the gotoh block hole.
Maybe you should call the folks at warmoth?

Bear in mind that the posts are different and you might want to swap the studs.
Additionally, you will need to file a little wood away to accommodate the Gotoh 510 tremolo bushing when fitting it to an American Strat Standard routing.

Other Gotoh 510s have similar dimensions. But you would need to check the spec sheets.
