what type of pups?

Hi,
I have just put the $$$ down on a quilt maple mahogany body. I am thinking about a birdseye maple neck with rosewood fretboard, but have no idea where to start with pickups. I would like to get close to a PRS DGT, can anyone give me any ideas what I should be looking at?

well, for PRS sound I would suggest a Mahogany neck with Rosewood or Ziricote fingerboard...

You can ask very nicely if warmoth would do the 25" scale. Why nicely: they do this scale in the 7 strings neck, but it's not showed on their website for 6 strings... so I guess 70% of "no" for this answer, but you may try, anyway... if not, go 24-3/4" scale...

If the money is "short" for the pickups, I would suggest the GFS pickups... not sure about the model you want... could not find the description of the PRS DGT pickups...
When the money arrive back to your pocket, buy some nice pickups: Bare Knuckle, Rio Grande, Lollar, etc...

I can only recommend WCR pickups as much as I can. Best stuff I've ever played.
