What Happened to the Fretboards in Supply?

How come W doesn't sell fretboards any more?

Yes, those are long gone.

Not sure on an official answer, but I'm thinking they do better as unique choice blanks.  Check out Stew Mac or LMII for fingerboard blanks.  Good guys at both companies.
