WGD contour question

Hi All!

I'm new on the board and just wanted to mention what a GREAT site you guys have!

So I'm getting the details of my WGD order together. I wanted to do both a top and back laminate. Speaking to Spike today about it, he said the WGD comes standard with back contours and that they would have to be omitted in order to do the back lam. I can't find a single pic of a WGD that looks like it has contours. They all look flat to me.

Does the WGD body have back contours standard??? I want to be informed when I talk to him next and not waste his time.

Hmm... I don't think I've seen contours on WGD's either. It may be a new feature.

Also.. I don't remember the "The Nalls" mod being there.

The "Nalls Mod" is something I'll be adding.

Yeah i built one a couple months ago and there weren't any contours of any kind on the back or the front. flat on both sides.

Yup, that's what I'm seeing! Flat and flat!

I'm going to call Spike later today and find out what the deal is.

Ok, Max, it was my bad! Of course.! lol

I just got done talking to Spike again and he straightened me out. He was saying we would have to omit the tummy cut OPTION if I wanted a back lam, not that it's standard. So he gave the run down of how it would be built, and I'm totally psyched!!!

Maple core WGD with cocobolo top and back lams! WOOHOOO!!!
