Water and oil....?

I've look around here and elsewhere, but can't find any info. But I want to know if I can use Danish oil over water based grain filler? :dontknow:

I have a can of Colortone black grain filler that I want to use, but I have no idea if I can use it with the Danish oil... :help:

Once the colortone is dry you should have no issues, as it works well under lacquer... etc
