Looking for something else, I stumbled on this on YouTube. Looks new, don't know why Aaron didn't post it here, but here it is...

Good stuff. I really enjoy shop tours, fascinating shizzle. I work a couple blocks from Fender in Corona, CA. Every couple years I take the tour, never gets old.

Must be all that stage time. Numbs you to scrutiny. He's very comfortable in front of a camera.

This video was notified to it's Facebook members.  I guess we all have to join more than one social media.

That stockpile of just fretboards is beautiful...Awesome video Aaron!

Also, that body at about 6:50 is one of the Prince bodies!!!

Color me impressed with the staggering amount of wood in process at Warmoth's. By the way, Aaron - it's not a bit, it's a tool.

When I first saw that revolving clamp, I thought "that's gotta be a pretty pricey tool considering it has such a limited market". Then the more I thought about it, it's probably a standard offering for whoever makes it. Lotsa people could use that. For example, I'll bet anybody who makes kitchen cutting boards/blocks would own at least one, if not several. Same with the knife block makers, or anyone else who needs to glue up blocks of wood. So, a little research later, it turns out they're actually pretty common and they're not only widely used, there are a number of manufacturers of them. Furniture companies are big users, for instance.

Aaron is on vacation for the rest of the week and the video had a set auto-release date on YouTube. I was going to post it in here today but you beat me to the punch  :sad1: Thanks

That's a really cool video!  However, there's a disturbing void of guitars in and around Aaron's work area.  I'm just saying...

LOL....ya, there are several places in the video where I use the wrong terminology. The objective with these videos is to get them done to an acceptable standard...as quickly as possible. Sometimes that means I just have to let details go, for the sake of getting the video done and moving on to other projects. I am definitely a "forest guy", not a "tree guy".

Plus...as hard as I try, I just can't be an expert at every job in the company. :)

With all that said, I can tell you that the next video we have in the can took over a month to complete. It's a very clinical shoot-out between our three main neck constructions. Can't wait to unleash that one on you guys!
