Warmoth tremolo rout?

Does anyone know if Warmoth will rout for a tremolo on a showcase body with only a flat mount bridge rout?? I don't see it as a web option, but it seems feasible. :icon_scratch:

The longer answer is this:

When the body is a blank, they drill registration holes in each side.  The registration holes mount on pegs that stand proud of the CNC table surface.  This keeps the body lined up in the correct place on the CNC table so everything gets cut in the right place.  The back is routed first.  Then they flip it over.  The registration holes on the front of the guitar (which hold the body in place for the back routing) are destroyed when the CNC cuts the frontside, so they cannot flip it back over for more cutting on the back and be assured of everything lining up.

...and all that having been said, you should call Warmoth.  They may do the hand-work at the standard $45 up charge.  But only they will know for sure.

$45 is mighty cheap for that much work.

I have had this discussion a couple of times because I want a Tele with a floyd, and they almost always pre-route Showcase Teles for a Tele bridge.

I've been told no both times, though it seems like to me a floyd route would about gut where the tele bridge route sits.

That being said it never hurts to ask.
