Warmoth raises shipping prices? Yes or no?

So now I'm confused. I put that same $612 spec'd out Tele neck back into my cart and the auto ship box is saying the shipping price for me is only $28, not $48 like the other day. Is that shipping calculator working correctly on the site? Looks like the shipping prices change depending upon the day. Guess I'll take it when it's lower. This is weird... That website has never been bug-free
