Warmoth Pro heel adjustment???

Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question but how do you adjust the truss rod on a warmoth pro neck from the heel. The supplied wrench they gave me fits perfectly in the side hole but doesn't seem to turn anything or fit anything in the heel position unless it is just REALLY loose but I am afraid to turn too much in there in fear of messing up the truss rod. The heel adjustment looks like it may need a huge allen wrench to adjust but I wasn't provided with one that big. I have a set of allen's but my biggest one seems just one size too small. For some reason I feel like I am doing something wrong.  :dontknow:

Yes, it does take a big allen wrench that was not included. 7/32" to be exact. I have only dealt with truss rods from the headstock so this was new to me but it turned out to be a cinch once I had the right size tool.
