Warmoth Body. Schecter Everything else?

Yeah Schecter's stuff is quite good for the money, especially if you avoid the really bottom-end stuff.

I've got a walnut/korina musikraft San Dimas strat body and my schecter omen 6 neck fits perfectly (standard fender/warmoth sized neck pocket).

If the neck pocket on that musikraft body DOES have the same dimensions as a standard fender/warmoth neck pocket, than the 24th fret is moved to the 22nd fret position, which causes intonation problems even though the neck fits. I also looked at the musikraft website and it appears that two different neck pocket dimensions are available for the san dimas body. The quote from the website:
"It comes standard with a 2-3/16" wide X 5/8" deep neck pocket and is also available with a 2-1/4" wide  X 5/8" deep neck pocket,"

My Schecter is in pieces, so I just placed the neck onto the Musikraft body w/ standard 2-3/16 pocket to see if it fit and it does, no clue on intonation though.

maybe I just... give up on my Warmoth dream and settle for this...

it is well built. (also its a set neck)

the Pickups don't wow me. but everything else is pretty sweet.
