Want to achieve this finish

A drop of water landed on the body as I was spraying sanding sealer. The body is dyed with Transtint. How do I fix it?

You'll probably have to sand back that section and redo possibly some of the transtint and the sanding sealer.  If you are lucky it's only affected the sanding sealer and you might get away with not sanding through it completely.
