VW Carved Top

I have owned a couple of Carved Top Wolfgangs and one flat top Wolfgang...I have also had 3 EB/MM Axis... I like the Wolfgang archtop but I like the Axis set up...My question is:

Does anybody have the VW Carved Top and what are your opinions on it?

If I could move the pickup switch, change the frets, change the pickups and increase the quality on the Wolfgang it would be perfect. OR if EB/MM would make a carved top Axis Super Sport that would also be perfect.  But since Peavey doesnt make the Wolfgang anymore and EB/MM does not make a carved top Axis Super Sport and need to make my own.

Again, opinions would be greatly appreciated.
