"We" are not actually Warmoth, although, this is a pretty good - VERY good place to find out if other people are having an exact-same problem, as Warmoth does pay attention to things that go wrong more than once. But they're a funny company, in some ways. If you want fast information, calling them on the phone is by far the best way to get it. On the other hand, there may be certain questions where you'd rather they ask around a bit. I work in a field where there can be NO typos or approximations, and e-mail is great that way. But if you've sent them a few that don't have a poundingly-urgent NEED for them to answer - poundingly-urgent from their point of view - it's easiest to just call them.
They try pretty hard to NOT be just a "black box", i.e. you pour money in the top and some indefinable time later, guitar parts pop out the bottom; but I'm sure they get an awful lot of e-mails from people who basically just want to yak about guitars, which IS what "we" do exceedingly well. Very specific, organized questions have a better chance of fighting though the outer defenses, and if you want to change an order, by all means CALL, as you have a better chance of catching it early, before it becomes an "upcharged" thing. Which I can understand, they'd go nuts if every order was open-ended till the very last day!
