Very bright-sounding body, any neck suggestions?

So recently I got my 1st Strat back, but the original American neck was gone and some Mexi is in place.  The neck is actually quite good, but I want to save it for some future cheap Squier.  I wanted to take this chance to build a custom neck on Warmoth.com

Any suggestions as to how much darker/warmer of a neck I should pair the body with?  The neck I constructed already has a Mahogany neck with a Bubinga fretboard.

Also, I have SCN noiseless pickups in it (three single coils) and installed a varitone switch in the first tone knob (six-slotted) and the last tone knob are the actual tone knobs, but stacked.

What kind of neck did you have on the guitar before?  Do you want it to have a good chance of sounding similar, or are you hoping to take it in a new direction?  You indicate in your title that it's a bright-sounding body, but you indicate also that you're using the SCN pickups, which are a little darker than your standard Strat single coils. 

General rules of thumb:  Rosewood, wenge = darker, mid-range-rich; maple, ebony, & canary = brighter; mahogany runs darker, too.
