Has anyone tried these?

Seems silly, but with this kind of stuff you never know...

i tried some 3 different ones, they do all have different tone qualitities to them, the screamer brings out alot of high end though.

overall, i'd stick with my Jazz III XL
though i use the screamer from time to time

I'm very picky with pics. I don't like fat or small or tortex pics. After trying maaaany pics, I realized I prefer the sound of metal pics. I tried some and I like this  http://www.thomann.de/gr/dunlop_stainless_steel_051_pick.htm the best. It's thin and comfortable for acoustic guitar and chords but does not bend like thin pics so I can play from blues to thrash... :party07:

I've never tried these but I'd like too. What about this one?

I've tried a bunch of them.  I can't get on with the thickness, but I'm liking their super thin version. Well, actually not enough to switch to them permanently.

The best thing about them is that they stick to your fingers.

An aside - on a whim i tried the vpick Slide.  Holly crap!  what a great slide!  It's really lively and the harmonics and base notes just JUMP out of it!  It's great!

I have a DR stainless pick.  I use it for solos sometimes, but I don't use it too often because I'm afraid of putting nasty scratches in the top of the guitar.  I don't like it for rhythm playing at all.

These picks don't have tone chambers, onboard led tuners, or a mini equalizers with sliders... all essential features for a tone conscience guitar player. Save your money and get the real deal.

Tech at the local shop makes some picks out of scrap CDs. For totally clear, you can scratch the label off or use one of the protective discs on the top of a blank CD spindle. Cut down to size and file the edges how you like! I imagine it's pretty similar to these picks.
