Unveiling Max’s Tele Neck

I have started working on the neck for Max’s Tele and since he has not seen it yet I thought I’d be nice and give him something to dream about. It a Total Vintage, 59 Round Back, 1 11/16th Nut, with 6150 Frets.  The Birdseye Maple on this neck is real 3-D and delicate, a very tasty neck.

What color did you end up with on the body; TV white or TV white with yellow tint?

When you're 50, your TV White will probably look TV Yellow. Its two paint jobs in one, right?

Then again, most bars in Kansas don't allow smoking anymore.. so maybe it would be safer to play a white guitar now.

You know that Maple tree from where the neck came from was once diseased from too much birds pecking on it ?  You are actually doing it a favour by ending its misery and turning it into a beautiful Tele neck. :icon_thumright:
