I just recently ordered a tele neck from warmoth.  I had the hole size drilled for the schaller (25/64", 11/32").  I thought I knew what tuners to buy for this but I am now confused.  I see fender schaller locking tuners and normal schaller tuners.  Which is right 

I really just want  good locking tuners that will fit this size hole for my tele neck, and I have no clue what to get lol.  If you could help me out and post a link to something that would work I would GREATLY appreciate it.  Thanks

I'm pretty sure that they are the same except for the back label. But I been wrong before!
It should be easy enough to check sizes before you buy. If it isn't stated in the add or on the box, ask. If they can't tell you, buy some place else. They aren't hard to find.
You should be aware that not all tuners with the F on back are made by Schaller. But they might be.

See here. Those are real Schallers, they'll fit those holes and they're reasonably priced.

Fender Schaller just have the F logo on the lock wheel, otherwise they're the same.
