Truss rod issues

Well, I don't honestly remember what condition I left the truss rod in after I leveled the frets, but it seems likely I screwed this up by not knowing that was a dangerous thing to do.  Sometimes you learn the hard way.  I'm going to live with it as is for now.  Maybe I'll learn to play slide...

What size frets are they? If they're decent-sized, it may be possible to rebend the neck and re-level to suit. Wouldn't be the first time such a thing happened.

dont give up! the neck is fixable. there is always the Cagey/oven method...

Just a quick update here, I’m pre-heating the oven. We’ll see what happens.
