I made several truss rod covers recently for my own Warmoth builds and PRS but also have quite a few for sale made of curly maple, ziricote, ebony, and rosewood, ash, and koa.
These are made to PRS specs as far as mounting hole location is concerned.

They work great for any Warmoth tilt back neck if you haven't already it for the plastic TRC Warmoth provides.

Attached are a few examples (I have more).
PM me if interested.

Dimensions:
  • Width: about 1-1/4" at the base/bottom
  • Length: 1-15/16"
  • Base to center of mounting hole: 1.69" (42.9mm)

They use the same mounting screws as PRS (not provided) which is a fairly small one (much smaller than pickguard screws).

I’m interested in the rosewood.
What are the dimensions?

They are all approximately: 1-1/4" at the base, 1-15/16" long, and the bottom to hole mounting distance is 42.9mm / 1.69"

Bump as I did a fresh batch of:
- many dark Indian rosewood
- 2 pitch black ebony

Also have plenty of curly maple ones that I'll get to complete soon.
