Straight necks are the best, in my opinion. But, that doesn't mean you can't get a good tilt-back neck. As the article points out, PRS does a good job with those, reducing the angle and keeping the strings as straight as possible through the nut. Warmoth makes a similar neck of their own design that they call, oddly enough, the Warmoth Neck.

However, while it's tough to tell by the picture, it looks like they might be doing the 15 degree tilt.
