Tiltback headstock Modern Construction neck question

Greetings,

I just built a Warmoth Tele with a Vintage/Modern neck.  This allowed me to cut the body heel like a Fender Elite.  I like this....a lot.

I understand a straight headstocked Modern Construction neck will not work with a Fender Elite/Deluxe type heel due to the side truss rod adjustment.  I don't believe a Tiltback Headstocked Modern Construction neck has the side truss rod, since the truss rod adjustment looks like it's adjustable at the headstock.  Would this allow for use of a Fender Elite/Deluxe heel?  Would it allow for a new hole to be made between the 2 existing screw holes on the side that would face the ground when playing?

Yo I don't see why not. My Hombre (I call him Hombrizzle sometimes) does not have a side adjustinator so offset screws should be A to the OK...

Unless the big W leaves some OTHER sort of enigmatical hardware in the heel regardless of being Tilty or Straightly. How cabalistic!
