That thing is hideous. But I love the addition of "arguably" in this quote:

What's arguable? That it's refined? That it will cause musicians to stare in amazement? In disgust? Disbelief?

That turned out way uglier than I expected, even from Gibson. It looks like they told a 5-year old to "make it look like a tiger!"  :doh:
 
i love that even the Gibson faithful on Gibson's website are trash talking it. hard not to. thats definitely not half as cool as the Dark Fire, and even the (fairly pointless) Robot was cooler.
 
Yeah, that's a sad looking piece of kit right there. I don't know who they think is going to buy that.

Looks like they finally made the wise choice in attempting to crack the ever-elusive yiff / furry market...
 
I think I'm just going to go get inside the tiger cage at feeding time, that way I won't have to see anymore of Gibson's ungodly new creations.

Why?  Gibson really needs to fire the people they have coming up with new guitar designs.  I haven't seen them come up with anything worth the production expense sinse the Nighthawk which I only KINDA liked.  I'd probably buy a squier or RG first..wait I know I would.
 
hahahaha oh man.....dusk tiger....who came up with that name.....watch the next one will be to attract metalheads.....it'lll be called midnight ferret or something.... man i thought the auto tuning gibson robot was crap now this..

although i must add that the gibson robot guitar is an amazing idea, if you could buy the electronics and machinery to put it into any guitar i'd buy it in a heartbeat...it does make that guitar sound like poo tho...
