Soo, the parts arrived, but I had them shipped to my dad's company so they wouldn't disappear.  The problem is, they arrived later then expected, and now I can't pick them up until Tuesday due to work shenanigans...

No need to break in, my dad owns the place, and I have the alarm codes.  The issue is I'm working 14hrs a day for the next 4 days and won't have the time/energy to pick it up until Tuesday.

Now that I finally have the body, I can decide between a Black pg (leaning towards blk/red/blk) or Tortoiseshell... 

Either way, the hardware will be chrome as I can't find a JM bridge and tailpiece setup in any other finish.

The pups will be a set of these  with a dual-rail, singlecoil sized pup in the middle wound to compliment the neck and bridge.

The plan for the finish is some clear, rattle-can semi-gloss Cabot poly.  I picked up a few cans last night, and I plan to get going on it when I'm on vacation for 10days starting Saturday.  I figure I can get it all ready to cure, and then place the order for the pups and other bits so its good-to-go by Labour Day.

I was able to get some decent outside photos this morning, I'll try again once I get my hands on a real camera.  Sadly, even outside, my 5MP camera phone can't fully capture the almost 3D look of the bubinga fb.
