The Antigua finished body came from MJT, as did the bridge plate and saddles. I ordered a Warmoth neck, "Fatback" U shaped, quartersawn maple, vintage one piece construction, with a 7.25" radius and 6105 frets. I ordered vintage tint satin nitro and buffed it to a sheen. The tuners are Gotoh aged nickel. The bone nut came from Allparts. The string tree is from Fender. I spent some time leveling and crowning the frets, gave the fret ends a good dressing, rolled the fretboard edge, and polished the frets.

The unpotted pickups are from Gemini in the US. They have become one of my favorite winders. This is the fourth guitar I have built with their pickups. The bridge is their "nosquire," Gemini's take on the Esquire, Broadcaster, and Nocaster pickups on Leo Fender's early builds. The neck pickup is a "Hershey Bar" Tele. The guitar sounds very open and woody.

The headstock badge arrived today. The case is a 70s Tolex case that I found in a pawn shop.

This was a fun project, and the guitar is one of my better playing Teles. I ordered a few "Chonker" badges and will be using them on all my builds going forward. This one is brushed nickel. The "Chonker" refers to my very large pet cat, the neck profile, and my own heckin' chonker body. It's a three-fer.
