I was a little worried about the weight of a Mahogany body with a Maple cap, but with the chambered body it comes in at 3 lbs 13 oz! :icon_thumright:
I think I just ordered the last major part I'll need to build it. I found a place that sells ivoroid sheet to make the control and truss rod covers: http://www.axinc.net Maybe I'll try that pickguard that was suggested. I had to buy 54" lengths of the stuff so if anyone needs any, let me know.
Driling the pot holes should be fun. The plan is to have two volumes and a tone. The volumes will be push pull with one for phase reverse and one to make the output stereo. The tone will work wth both when combined and with just the bridge when in stereo.
The nickel and ivory parts are looking very nice with the finish.
