Been working on the neck and headstock today, so as you can see i've destroyed my warranty within hours by modifying the headstock shape and inserting an inlay.
I've also burnished the neck.
A couple of blemishes on the headstock finish to sort tomorrow, then on to wiring.
For anyone else deciding on a Mooncaster, the following might help:
A standard right angle Switchcraft toggle switch DOES fit in the lower horn without much difficulty, but you will need the recessed nut (bought separately) due to the body thickness. This also means that long shaft pots are required.
