The Canary Strat (Warning: Guitar Porn)

Wow.  Got this in the mail today.  Canary love machine.  I am in total awe of how beautiful it is.  Gloss this time, and GLOSS it is, wow.  Body is Canary on Mahogany from the showcase, with recessed FR bridge route.  Neck is Canary with black ebony (UC), SS6115 big giant frets for that scalloped feel, 1 11/16", FR R4 nut shelf, Wizard thin thin, pearloid swan dots.  Insanity.  Check it out:

All I can say is "Wow".  This is going to be a very fun build.  Gonna take it nice and slow, careful careful.  Burnish that neck.  Waterslide decal on the headstock face, and some hand-wired old school electronics and pickups.  This Canary will fly high.  Gotta finish the ZoSo build first!  Thanks for looking.

Zow! Never thought I'd see an appealing use of the Nightswan inlay on a neck. Whole thing looks absolutely great. I like the clear gloss on bodies like this.

Thanks, man.  I'm impressed with it.  Spend about 2 hours last night burnishing that neck to a glassy shine.  It's beautiful.  Love the black ebony and nightswan, too.  This is gonna be a great build.  The inside cavity sure took a lot of gloss, and it's bumpy and kinda ugly.  Much of it will be coppered, but I wonder about that rear part of the bridge cavity--glue some felt down or something?  I dunno it just looks gooey.

Ya, I've had some of that with regard to the inside cavity. PM Cagey and see if he'd recommend any light sanding or something on that area if it won't be in public view on the finished guitar. He's done about a zillion builds.
