Making progress on a rebuild of a Squire Affinity Telecaster. my goal is to end up with a relic look. Took about 24 mm off the body and added a flamed maple top. Changed out pickups for Seymour Duncan antiquity’s. Added old style saddle, new tuners, brass nut, and replaced all electronics. Had to replace the neck due to a broken truss rod so went with a Warmoth Warhead in a flamed maple with turquoise inlay. Still a little work to do on the switch but it is playing really nice.
