Techs around Minneapolis/St. Paul MN?

A friend of mine is looking for a tech around the Twin Cities area. He's got a Parker P30 with active pickups that seems to be fritzing out after playing for a few minutes, he's getting electo-fart noises. Brand new 9-volt doesn't help.
