What do you think of this?
The pickups are Dimarzio Ultra Jazz and the bridge is a 19mm spacing, Hipshot Vintage.
The string spacing doesnt seem wide enough. Its most obvious on the G string.
Any suggestions or opinions?

Honestly what you are seeing if not a big deal.
I know on guitars bridges can have different spacing.  I am not sure if that is an option for you.

How do the strings look at the bottom of the neck?

Doesn't look like a problem to me...The alignment may not be 'perfect', but it does not appear to be
off enough to have any effect on the sound...this happens all the time with vintage style bridges and
humbucking pickups (on guitars), but has never interfered with my sound. How does it sound to you?

They're still "reasonably" centered within the pole field, which is ideally, the purpose for them.

The only way to get it exact, appearance wise, is the Schaller 456 bridge, but your string spacing may not "feel" comfortable either.

It's all very subjective.

You'll notice no difference aside from aesthetic.  You are well within the pickups' "pickup" range.

Ah cool.
Yeah I didnt think it would matter. Just kept wondering what I did wrong he he - So far the sound is spectacular as is the playing feel etc

I have the Schaller 496 5-string bridge on 2 of my basses, and I use the rollers to adjust the string spacing, rather than the strings' alignment over the pole pieces.
There is also the optical illusion factor, where your E string is much thicker than the G, contributing to the "misalignment".
I agree with everyone else ... if it sounds good, it is good!
